At JLab, we stand by the quality of our audio gear and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your headphones or earbuds, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your JLab products in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
